The countdown may have begun, ....... By 2011, Jakarta officials predict that the city will experience “total traffic,” or complete paralysis. Already, traffic jams cost the city $1.2 billion a year in lost time and fuel, as well as health problems.
Total traffic = traffic gridlock
Total population = human population reaches 9 billion in 2050
Total climate = Climate chaos, the result of global warming, results in massive die off of 8 billion people, leaving just 200,000 hardy souls surviving in polar cities in extreme north and south regions of Earth for 1000 year period or more.
